The Hypnobreathwork Community is a safe space for you to come as you are, show up and be met exactly where are you, a space for you to connect with yourself and others on your journey toward evolving and growing and continuing to take steps toward the things you desire and the goals you want to achieve. There is power in breath, there is power in community, there is power here... Join us and breathe into life!

How it works

We meet twice a week and focus on what is present collectively, we get into flow, and we create space to process unprocessed emotions and release stagnant energy and old limiting subconscious beliefs that pop up along this journey called life. Every Sunday 8am PT & Tuesday 12pm PT

All recordings are uploaded here so you have lifetime access to each session, and if you miss a call you are able to do it on your own time here.

We have a slack channel to connect between calls, share wins, ask for support, ask questions, and to connect with the community and me between our sessions.

Shannon Lee Whalen

My name is Shannon Lee Whalen, if you don't already know me, I am a Hypnobreathwork facilitator, specializing in somatic healing and executive coaching, bringing all of my experience and training into one container to help support others through their journey to living a life of alignment and purpose.

I was raised in Pittsburgh PA, and moved to LA after graduating from Marietta College with a BFA in Theatre & Minor in communications. I launched my own fitness company at the age of 24, and have successfully managed that over the last 10 years and pivoted into coaching and working with one on one clients and groups facilitating healing and transformation in 2019.

It is my passion and my purpose to guide others to their truth by connecting deeply to themselves, in order to create authentically and live a life that set their soul on fire.
